
Yorkshire pudding made by Renee and backed in Nordicware small cake pan.
Recipe: 3 large eggs , 1 cup milk, 1 cup flour, 2 T butter or drippings from the meat. Heat oven to 375F, put a little fat into each muffin/cake spot and let melt in oven for about 5 minutes. Remove pan, turn oven down to 350F, fill with the mixed up ingredients above and bake for 25 minutes.
Prime rib – and Punkie would love some – is perfectly rare after cooking since noon at 275o F. When we arrived home at 5p.m. after teaching skiing, but meat was too rare, and we upped the temp to 300o F until the instant-read thermometer read 120o F.
