We didn't know we cooked a certain way. We do know we take a lot of effort to make sure our food is a pleasure to eat. We critically evaluate how things turn out and ask how we can make them better.  Even if we're not cooking. We also think about how food could be a more pleasurable experience when we're eating out.

sole_flipped.jpgI'm Terry Talty and have been cooking for fun since I was a teenager. I worked as a journalist before I started a small marketing and communication company called Limitless Idea Project. I started the food section of the Summit Daily News in 2000, and have written about food ever since.

Steuart Bremner has been cooking with me for many, many years. He's an artist and it's natural for him to think about how food could be better -- look better and taste better. When he is making art he is very careful to only include exactly what needs to be part of the piece and nothing more. This is also how he approaches food. He's now the better cook of the two of us, more careful than I am by any measuring stick.

We are both fearless eaters, and don't believe in disliking any specific food, except badly made food.

Slowly, but surely, we are adding recipes and restaurant reviews to this site. We are joining with others who can critically evaluate food and the experience of eating out in Colorado. We hope you'll be able to find someone, of our team, that you can trust to recommend a restaurant or guide you through a recipe.
